How do I apply to join one of your events?
Please Register Your Interest. This form collects all the information we need to know about you and your business.
You’ve added a new event in a new location, do I need to apply again?
We always look through applications who are interested in hearing about all events, but it doesn’t hurt to register again for a specific event – that way, we know you are definitely interested!
How do you choose?
When we announce a new event, we filter through all applications that have registered interest, starting with ones more local to the event. We then curate an invitation list looking at each business’s products and brands, selecting those we think would be a good fit.
I’m not local to any events, should I apply?
Yes! We keep around 30% of spaces available for businesses who are not local. It also gives us a good idea of where we should be looking to pop-up next!
I’ve registered my interest, when will I be contacted?
We will be in touch with businesses we think would be a good fit for one of our events. Due to the large amount of interest in our events, it is not possible for us to get back to everyone who has registered their interest.
What is the criteria?
-Vendors are selected based upon the quality of their items, curation of their shops, photos, & booth presentation.
-Vendors must be shops selling something they have made or have ethically sourced.
-Vendors must have a shop name or “brand.”
– We keep 70% of our spots for businesses local to the Pop-Up,  with 30% available to applicants from anywhere in the country.
I don’t have a website, can I still apply?
We encourage all our vendors to have an established brand and have some kind of online presence, so people are able to contact you after the Pop-Up. We want to increase your visibility overall as a brand so having a website is definitely a plus.
I don’t have social media, can I still apply?
We encourage all our vendors to have an established brand and have some kind of online presence, so people are able to contact you after the Pop-Up. We want to increase your visibility overall as a brand so having Instagram is definitely a plus.
How much does it cost?
Prices vary depending on the event. We send a full information pack containing prices to applicants we would like to invite to join us.
Can I get feedback on my application?
We are only a small team and due to the large number of applicants, we are not able to offer individual feedback to unsuccessful applicants

Markets

Do you provide the stall set up?

No. Stalholders must provide a 3mx3m gazebo, weights, tables, and chairs.

We do have a small number of gazebos to rent, please contact us if you need one for the day. First come, first serve.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, your Public Liability Insurance must be valid, in date, and set at £5 million.

How do event packages work?

You can book three or six events for a discounted rate. Once you do so, you will need to let us know which dates you would like to attend. You can email us at events@popupclub.co to double check availability in advance.

How do payment plans work?

It’s really simple. You choose a package or select the events from our online calendar, then decide how much you want to pay and when. You can spread your payments over a maximum 12 month period.

I can’t attend the date I have booked, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

How does set up work on the day?

We send out detailed instructions for set up the week before the event. Please read this carefully and let us know if you have any questions.

Do you accept food and drink traders?

Yes, however there are a limited number of spots available. Around 10% of our stalls at our Pop Ups are food and drink.

I am interested in running a workshop at one of your markets.  What do I do?

Email us with your ideas, setting out what is involved and how much you plan to charge per ticket.  We also need to know which market date you would like to run a workshop at and if possible, see some images of previous workshops you’ve run
